Shipping & Returns

RETURN POLICY:

TMC FREERIDERZ accepts opened product in re-sellable condition for return or exchange within 14 days of the sale.

All Sale Items, Are all sales final, unless those items are defective or previously damageds No refund or exchange will be granted on special orders.

You may contact us via email : tmcfreeriderz@icloud.com to obtain a (RA#) return authorization. We will provide instructions on the procedures, and on where to ship the product, please clearly label the returned product with the return authorization number. Shipping Fee on returned items will be the responsibility of the buyer.

All Products returned to us without the RA number will not be accepted. Please note that the tags and original packaging of the item are required for a full return to be issued. Items damaged in return shipping due to inadequate or incorrect repackaging may be charged a restocking fee of up to 30% of the purchase price. We also reserve the right to assess a restocking fee if the return does not follow the guidelines listed in our Return Policy, or if the return accrues any additional damage due to improper care or poor repackaging. Examples include (but are not limited to): cut from razor when opening packaging, pet hair, makeup stains, excessive perfume/cologne smells, missing parts or important tags, etc.

 

SHIPPING POLICY:

TMC FREERIDERZ ships product orders out 2-3 days a week, orders will be processed within 24-48hrs.

We do ship World wide, However, FOR SKIS , SNOWBOARDS, BINDINGS & BOOTS we will require customers to contact us via Email tmcfreeriderz@icloud.com or  call : 1(604)932-1918 for a quote.

Within North America, ( CANADA & USA MAINLAND) SKIS , SNOWBOARDS, BINDINGS & BOOTS can be shipped via CANADA POST ONLY at this time.
