Chris Turpin

Chris Turpin is a true pioneer in the sport, his passion and drive have fueled multiple generations after him... Chris has invented a myriad of signature tricks that have paved the way to todays generation..."the Seatbelt Grab", "The Hand Drag", and he was also the first skier to compete a full "Switch-run" in SuperPipe and backcountry segments in videos.

One word to describe Chris Turpin is INNOVATION. 

Chris Turpin formerly coached the Russians in Sochi, he is now currently the Head Coach to the China Olympic Slopestyle ski team.

How tmc & you started: 1999 I got my first twin tips from TMC the Dynistar Concepts. This ski changed my life and so did the shop. From that moment on, I always wanted to look like a skier and TMC has always had the latest and greatest in ski gear. As time went on  the shop grew into a home and a place to meet up with friends before and after riding. 
Yosuke later started a coaching program, giving many of us a way to keep riding and put food on our tables. 
Nowadays when I come home the shop is on the top of my list for places to stop by and catch up with friends that over time have become family. The vibs are true, the matrix is real and the shops intentions are as or more core than any other in this town.
